1. I want to buy a specific product, how do I order it?

You can choose the product from any of the listed categories at our website. Once you have selected the product you can send us request via query option. We will reply you with price quotation. After finalisation of order you can send order amount via our specific payment option and then the order will shipped to you as soon as possible.

2. What are my payment options?

We accept SWIFT Transfer, traveller cheque, LC, CAD (Cash Against Document).

3. How SWIFT transfer works? How safe is it?

We appreciate the security concern of our valued customers and have a 100% foolproof payment mode powered by ICICI’s SWIFT transfer. Order’s payment is deposited at your bank with SWIFT’s Transfer Form available at our website. You only have to filled specific order amount and deposited at your bank. The amount will automatically transfer to our bank account.

4. Can I make the payment in currency other than dollars?

Of course you can make the payment in any currency via SWIFT Transfer. However, please note that at the time of payment at our ICICI SWIFT Transfer your payment currency will get converted into INR. Thus all the transactions will be charged based on that day’s currency transfer rates.

5. What happens in case the product ordered is not in stock with you?

Generally, we stock all products that we sell however there can be an instance when product goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. Whenever, the situation arises, we fulfill the requirement within two to three month after finalization of the order. The duration is based on order design or custom design given by you.

6. If I buy two or more items, will I get any discount on the order?

When you buy two or more items from us, we save on shipment. We gladly offer you a discount on your order consisting of two or more items. The discount in your final order can vary depending on the weight of the items.

7. What will be the shipping charges I will be required for the product shipped to me & how long will you take to deliver?

The cost & time of delivery is based on the mode of shipping that you choose & weight of product. The Modes of Shipping are (1) COURIER i.e. delivers within 5 days; (2) SPEED POST i.e. delivers within 7 days; (3) By AIR MAIL i.e. delivers within 15 days; (4) By SAL i.e. delivers within 20 days; (5) By SEA i.e. delivers within 60 days. Time of delivery will be after date of order will ready.

8. In how many countries you ship products?

We ship all over the world.

9. Is there a way to track my order?

When you place order to us. We send e-mail confirming that your order is placed. When the order is placed through SPEED POST or COURIER then we will also send the Airway Bill number of the courier company to you so that you can track its status directly from the site of the Courier Company or Postal Department.

10. What about the custom duties?

Normally, US and other European countries do not levy custom duties on our products. However, in case destination country levies custom duties; you will be requested to borne its charges.

11. Can I send these products as gifts?

You can send these products as gifts anywhere across the world. In the order form you are requested to fill in the Delivery Address of the person you wish to send the gift and we will ensure that he/she receives the gift.

12. Could you please tell me about your privacy policy?

We give complete respect to your privacy. Your personal information is not shared with anyone for whatsoever reasons and your email id is used only to inform you about the status of your order. Please also note that it is only after your prior consent we send a newsletter at your email to update you regarding the arrival of new products and special discounts available at our store.
